Yes, we guarantee all quotes as long as the item you send us is in the stated condition, however if the item has damage or wear that was not disclosed in the beginning we will recalculate the offer to reflect this, and if you are unsatisfied with the offer, we will always give you the option to have your device returned FREE or charge.

Can I sell DeviceFlip more than one item at a time?
Not unless over 30 days has gone by and you have still not sent your device to us. As the market changes, so do the prices. This is a result of newer devices being produced that lowers the value of the older devices. If it has been over 30 days, you can contact us
for a recalculation of our quote. In any case, we will make sure you can get the most value. This is why it is most important to get an offer
locked in quickly, and send it in.
Can I send my devices in my own box?
Absolutely, in fact we will buy up to 10 gadgets per box. If you are a business liquidating a bulk amount of devices, then please contact us
for special pricing and shipping instructions. We will buy all you have, just get a price
Should I send the charging cords and accessories?
Yes, we offer the option at checkout to either receive a box with packaging, or a prepaid label for your own box. The cost to you is completely FREE.
You will get a higher quote if you include the charger, USB sync cords and original box. If you have any other extra accessories, you are free to include them, however this will not raise the original estimate.
Will you erase the information on the device?

What is the fastest way to contact DeviceFlip support?
From the shipping to the payment, some customers receive their payment within 3 days, but most of the time it takes 7-10 days. If you choose to have free packaging sent to you, this takes around 2-4 business days.
